Justin Herbert, Jared Goff and Jordan Love join Allen and Jackson inside my Top 5. Matthew Stafford, Drake Maye, Caleb Williams, Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold are my other Top-10 options.

Be sure to monitor your lineups for injury developments. Players from the Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans, who are on bye, should not be in starting lineups.
