The Jacksonville Jaguars will host two games in London, while the Washington Commanders will host another 2026 London matchup, the NFL announced Wednesday.

The three games will be part of a record nine international matchups played during the 2026 NFL campaign. Game times and dates and the Jaguars’ and Commanders’ opponents will be announced this spring when NFL reveals regular season schedules.

The Jaguars will play one game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and another at Wembley Stadium. Their London matchups will be played in consecutive weeks.

The Commanders will host their game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

“Last season was my first experience in London as head coach of the Jaguars, and my immediate takeaway was London is undoubtedly our home away from home,” Jaguars coach Liam Cohen said in a news release. “We have a passionate and knowledgeable fan base in London, built over time and still growing, and we’re making a positive impact with fans throughout the United Kingdom as well.

“That’s something our entire organization, starting with our ownership, has worked very hard to achieve and takes great pride in further developing each season. With two games in London in 2026, it’s going to be great fun for our fans in London as well as for everyone in Jacksonville who will be making the trip. I’m definitely looking forward to it, and I know our players are happy to return as well.”

Including these two matchups, the Jaguars will have played 16 regular-season games in London since 2013. They previously played 11 times at Wembley Stadium and three times at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Commanders, who lost to the Miami Dolphins on Nov. 16 in Madrid and tied the Cincinnati Bengals 27-27 on Oct. 30, 2016 at Wembley, are still looking for their first international victory. The Jaguars own a 7-7 record in international matchups.

“Last season’s trip to Madrid was personally unforgettable, and a tremendous milestone for our organization,” Commanders owner Josh Harris said. “Playing in the NFL’s first regular season game in Spain and experiencing the passion of fans was truly special and reaffirmed the power of and excitement for the Commanders and NFL globally.

“London is home to some of the most passionate sports fans in the world. We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring the Commanders and NFL football to this unique city. This trip represents another meaningful moment to engage new communities, strengthen relationships, and continue to enhance our fanbase in the United Kingdom and worldwide.”

The NFL announced Tuesday that the Detroit Lions would host a 2026 matchup in Munich, Germany. The Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints are among the other teams set to play in international games next season. The NFL’s 2026 international matchups will be played across four continents and seven countries.
